We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel location couldent be better. Friendly staff, nice and clean room and great pool area. But we had appreciated if all guests had had swimpants/bikinis in the pool instead of old worned out underwear.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was always clean. Breakfast was fine, it could have varied a bit more. We were very happy with this choice and we will definitely recommend it to your friends.

We had booked an Ocean View room, but when we arrived they tried to put us in the rear building with a view of the neighbor building only a few meters away. So they moved us to the front building and we had a view of the parking lot and the roof of the next hotel. If they advertise a sea view, they should give us one.

We enjoyed our stay at Karonburi, the staff was helpfull and they love kids. The beach was just beside, just cross the street.

We booked 3 deluxe rooms with pool view but the hotel upgraded us to deluxe rooms with pool access. We did not use the pool though as it is too deep for our young children. The children s swimming pool at the common pool area is very small so it s not really an ideal place to stay for families with young children who want to enjoy the pool facilities. Another suggestion for improvement is to install clothing hooks on the bathroom door as there is no place to hang our clothes during shower. Breakfast spread is the same everyday. We stayed 3 nights and by the last day of breakfast, I am quite sick of eating the same food again. Also, 3 adults in our group started having diarrhoea after eating the breakfast on the last day. One had it while at the airport about 2 hours after breakfast. The other two had it after we reached home about 5 to 6 hours later. They had not taken other food after that breakfast. Location of the resort is good with the beach just across the road and many shops and eating places in its vicinity. The hotel staff s service is satisfactory.

I am impressed with the prompt and efficient service of Ms Grace. The hotel rates charged by Sawadee are also better than other websites that I visited. I will definitely visit Sawadee s website again for future travels to Thailand.

Отель устроил по всем параметрам, еще бы Wi-Fi бесплатный,хотя бы на рецепшен.Все стандартно для троечки в Таиланде,но расположение просто супер,с пляжа можно за 5 минут сбегать в номер,если вдруг,что понадобилось.

Stayed for four nights..Booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to a deluxe pool access room..Good location for beach and nightlife but still nice and quiet.Room was clean and comfortable. With nice comfy beds.Staff very nice and pleasant.Good breakfast with nice bacon.

I booked this hotel for my Daughter and was able to pay with pay-pal..Booked on the same day she was arriving at the hotel..She didn t even need print off,just her name and passport..Very efficient and speedy booking..

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, big pool, room was great. We got some ciggarett smoke in our room from the neighbours and the hotel offered us a new room immediately. Close to the beach. Big market directly outside hotel. Cons: To many rude russians as guests. Had to walk some minutes to get to the central of Karon.

Nice hotel and value for money. Location is great, very close to beach. Friendly hotel staff. Baby cot availale for free. Overall we had a nice stay there. Definitely will come back again!

We had a wonderful stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious and the location across from the beach was excellent. Easy walk to lots of eating places. Lots of swimming in the hotel pool - always had spare sunbeds available. Good breakfast - loads of food and good variety (I liked the Asian options and my husband liked the bacon and eggs!) Would definitely return.
