In the future, a very nice hotel. Buildings currently in progress. The rooms are very decent, good service (still learning). All the lifts were not ready, which caused discomfort.

Since the location of the hotel changed sawadee responded quickly and offered an alternative option. Everything went smoothly.

Fantastic staff on this not yet finnished hotel/resort. Everyone from cleaning to mannagement offered an outstanding service in every aspect of our stay. We where a little disapointed that a brand new hotel had so much problems with a VERY poor building quality. A big pity when one think of the high standards that clearly was intended. We thought that the selection of TV-channels was to little concidering the brand new 40 inch SAMSUNG in the room. One very big mistake in planing, is the same level in this hotel has different numbers i the elevators. This i not smart. But very nice surroundings and facilities and we will come back and we will recomend a stay to everybody wh concider this.

We booked early but we are sure that it was known at the time that we wouldbe moved from the original hotel. Not okay !

Erster Eindruck war gut.Jedoch zeigten sich mit der Zeit einige unannehmlichkeiten,was für ein 4-Sterne Hotel unaktzetabel ist. Zimmer:dünne Wände,man höhrt den Nachbar sprechen. Transport mit Elektromobil den Berg hinauf zu den Zimmern:Wartezeiten,elektro-akkus leer,kein Fahrer weit und breit:war ja nur ein Trakt des Hotels offen:frage mich,wie das sein wird wenn alle Trakte offen sind. Resumee:das ehemalige Sea Sun Sand war für mich viel besser.

Great place. Not finish yet but still beautiful. Hotel service was perfect.I gonna miss that unforgettable seaview .... Rooms were comfortable and modern. Breakfast mmmmmmm perfect.I stay with my family ( 3 adult and 2 kids ) . Have a nice staying.

This is my second time at sea sun sand and I have enjoyed this place greatly. The staff are all so very helpful, the pool and surrounds are well maintained, the restaurant has great food and , well it s all good as far as I m concerned. I ll be back.

Very good hotel for value. Friendly and helpful personal. Room and bed clean. Perfect location near action but quiet in the night. Breakfast good choice and service. Very recommendable for young singles and elderly couples as well. Good mixture of guests.

Great resort. Beautiful grounds. Good location. Room facilities and breakfast were both excellent and staff were cheerful and helpful. We plan to return in the future.

People at the reception area were, for the most part, very nice. The waitresses in the restaurant, however, were not very helpful at all. They seemed quite ambivalent about guests/customers.

Hotel OK and in good location. My only complaint is that the bed mattress was very old and I could feel the springs every night.

DONT STAY ATT THIS HOTEL.The staff is very rude.The women never smile.The men are ok.The service is bad.They served really bad chicken by the pool(old and hard)There were out of towels by the pool some days.There are many hotels in Patong in this pricecategory so my advice,chose another one that like to have guests in the hotel.
