Лучший отель на Лонг Бич,отличный пляж,разнообразные завтраки с большим выбором фруктов. Жили в Deluxe Pool №1001 угловой номер,самый спокойный и удобный. Staff очень доброжелательный.Территория утопает в зелени,не забудьте купить средство от комаров,т.к.на территории много прудиков и 3 бассейна.До центра Саладан 10 мин на тук-тук,50 батт с человека,на пляже рядом недорогие рестораны SUZAN HUT,следующий (не помню названия)и THAI CAT.На Ланту добирались с Пхукета на speed boat за 1 час 30 мин,на месте билеты дешевле,чем в Интернете.Были 2 недели,отдыхом очень довольны,обязательно вернемся еще.Русских в отеле нет,в основном скандинавы.В прошлом году были в отеле LANTA RESORT,цены те же,но полный отстой,на пляже на лежаках даже не было матрасов,единственное,что понравилось в этом отеле,массаж,который расположен справа у скалы.Рекомендую именно их,т.к.там самые лучшие массажистки,2 года подряд делали там полный медицинский массаж,за 5 сеансов спину и суставы привели в полный порядок.Молодцы!Профессионалы!

The hotel had a great location. Regarding the room- standard was not a 4+ star. we had problem with the sewer system om a daily problem both in shower and with toilet.The water pressure was extremly low as well so it was difficult to rinse your hair.As well a really unpleasant smell. They took our complaine seriously every day! But could not fix it permanently.Really bad was that you could not find ONE single sunbed or nice chairs around the swimmingpool- how do you expect guests to enjoy their time by the swimmingpool? The sunbeds along the beach area were not enough for the numbers of guests so you had to go up and book a chair really early. Staff and room cleaning were nice. No intention from the reception staff to compensate or bring the subject to manager on duty for the problems.

Nice hotel! Everything is OK. Clean beach, calm sea, green trees, helpful staff. But they should put more beach chairs becouse all of them are taken till 8 am.

WOW! one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed at. not 3 star! more like 4+. We spent 8 nights and it felt like home from the first night. stayed with 2 kids aged 1 and 3 and they loved it. staff nice to kids. gr8 pools and small playground. Very happy and friendly staff. gr8 food. large rooms. double bed and extra bed. very clean rooms and cleaned well everyday. 2 showers- indoor and outdoor in lovely garden.

Lovely hotel at the beach. We stayed in one of the two family beach front bungalows (V01). The room was super. We only missed one thing, a shower (only a jacuzzi bath) in the outdoor bathroom at the back. Lots of fresh towels every day decorated by fantastic towel artists ! Very good and fast service. The breakfast bufé was OK except fot the disgusting cheese which is a chapter they really have to learn more about.

Ganz tolles Hotel. Tolle Lage am Long Beach. Zimmer sind alle neu renoviert, wir hatten einen Bungalow ganz vorne am Strand mit Luxus-Bad.
Gutes Frühstück, am Strand sind jede Menge Restaurants und Bars.
Gerne jederzeit wieder nach Lanta ins Lanta Sand Resort!

Disappointment. Booked a very expensive beach front bungalow (7600 B). This is not a beach front bungalow. You have the view of the restaurant and cannot see the sea nor the ocean! The other rooms ma be worth the price but the beach front are not. High music from bar next door leaving no peace. The employees speak very bad English for a resort of this standard. The air cons make a lot of noise making it impossible to use them at night if you want to sleep. The restaurant is overpriced.
The beach is very nice. The breakfast is lovely with anything you could wish for. Spa is OK.
Lots of Swedish package turists. Not sure I would reco this place to othes.

We were informed the hotel was recently built and that was evident, it was modern and externally well above standard to many hotels in the area, however it did have its faults. The deluxe pool access room we stayed in showed excessive signs or wear and tear, sometimes the bedding was discoulered and pillow cases had cigarette burns. For what we paid per night in high season we expected better. The staff were fantastic as the majority of Thai people are, nothing was to much trouble. The hotel policies i thought were out of touch as I exchanged £100 cash for Bahts and were unknowingly given a better exchange rate. Two days later i get a phone call asking to pay the money back which was around £27. I was greeted by a very embarressed member of staff who served me initially and tried to explain the mistake. I was also informed by another member of staff that if i didnt pay the money back the staff member would have to pay it back herself, which i thought was ludicrous. I run a business myself and in our company a manager would just explain and ask politely for the money to be refunded if that was refused because it was our mistake we would take responsibility and not charge the customer and especially not the staff member on a first occasion. This became apparent again when a glass in our room was accidently broken and put on our final bill. The amount was miniscual but adding £1.60 when we paid £200 per night is insensitive

Beautiful resort. Our first night we stayed in one of the Beach Bungalows looking right at the water. Older but very comfortable with a huge king bed and lovely big bathroom . The beach was lovely for walking. We did not swim but went up to our knees. Not busy at all. We were told upon arrival that the resort had booked a large group in for a retirement party so the restaurant was somewhat noisy ( not the usual case for September ). Next morning after telling them we did hear the Karaoke and laughter till quite late they upgraded us to a Deluxe Pool access room. These were away from the water but in a newer building . More modern including the in room safe . So cool to be able to swim right out your room door .
The breakfast food was good. We especially liked the french toast. You can also if you prefer walk out the front of the resort and down the clay road to the Eden Bar on the left in the Charm Resort for more wine selection and great dinner food. Opens at 7pm.
Lanta Sand Resorts staff were always friendly and attentive . I would recommend this resort.
