Accommodation and facilities:
Comparing with the charge, it is good. Room is clean and clear but swimming pool is not acceptable, very dirty. Close to 2 big malls (not more than 2 minutes to Central Plaza, and not more than 5 minutes to Big C).

Hotel so big with almost no customers, old decoration, not so clean in the restaurant. No internet facilities, pool was unavailable(the water was so green). Therefore the rooms are large, with cable tv (including TV5 french channel). This hotel is overpriced

ห้องพักดี สะอาด มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์เหมาะสมกับห้อง ห้องทะลุถึงกันได้สะดวกมาก ถ้าไปเชียงรายจะไปพักอีก แต่อาหารเช้าน้อยไปนิด

Accommodation and facilities:
The room is generally clean and tidy although the state of furnishing looks old. I stayed in the business suite but it does not have the basis support for business such as Internet, Working Desk, etc. Even for a suite, what I have is only 21 TV with 10 channels.
Reservation service:
The booking is efficent though. I check in easily when arriving at the hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel was quite run-down, water leaking out from the tiles while you bath. Rooms are not very clean and the hotel staffs do not understand english. The hotel is located quite far from town center, thus it is not very convenient. However, the breakfast was okay.
