If you want a little money to find quality housing at Sai Kaew Beach, the hotel will not find better! excellent rooms with large balconies! Clear! You can walk to the beach for 3-5 minutes via the nearby Hotel

Lima bella Resort is a beautiful resort and the staff were very helpful and always happy to help with a smile on their faces. Although not directly on the beach, it is only a short walk away. The pool is wonderful and next to the bar! Would recomend to anyone to stay there.

The room we were allocated was very basic but very spacious; the bathroom had windows pretty much all round with view over the forest and there wasn t any privacy issue. Breakfast was ok...not much of a range, but decent quality.

Kanonbra ställe, fin pool, trevlig perssonal och bra mat. Låg en bit från stranden, ca 3 min att gå. Skönt att komma undan lite från allt stoj på stranden.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool, also for children. Friendly staff. Nice poolbar. 15 min walk to the beach. Not so good : Breakfastbuffet. It is ok but not more. The day we checked out the staff was standing outside the door/window probably waiting for our luggage, but it was very stressful that they were looking inside while we were packing. Resume : Would come back

We stayed 22-29.1-12 at Lima Bella Resort. Good location, only 5 min walk to the beach and shopping street. Very lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast small but included all we needed. We recommend it and would stay there next time we go to Koh Samet also.

Wonderful, calm and clean resort with lovely staff! A bit dark in the evening on your way home from town. But very easy to just take a taxi! Would love to come back!

We had a very enjoyable 5 nights at Lima Bella. The Waree Grand Room had a bed big enough for two adults and a baby, a good sized bathroom with a shower and a bath, plus a nice feature of a chillout area up a ladder. The curtains could be a bit thicker and mosquitoes were a slight problem but all in all we were pleased with the room. My sister in Law stayed in one of the Mantra Loft Rooms which could easily house two adults in the double bed upstairs, and a child on the mattress downstairs. Rooms were cleaned daily and bedding changed. The pool towels are much better than the ones provided in the room, and the staff didn t mind us using them. I was a bit disappointed not to have received any response when I emailed the hotel prior to our stay to enquire about transfer from Bangkok airport. The breakfast could be improved - every day the same food and not particularly good. The food was good and very reasonably priced - good for us as we ended up staying for dinner most evenings once the baby went to bed. The hotel is located close enough to the main beach area that you can walk there within five minutes, and far away enough to be quite tranquil. Pool very clean and had shade over the shallow children s section. Best thing about the resort was the team of cambodian staff - especially Ann. They were so friendly and thoughtful. I will be recommending the resort and would definitely stay there again.
