トイレにタイ式ウォシュレットがない。スリッパがビーチサンダルなのは不衛生的。歯ブラシもついていなかった。場所は海のそばでよく落ち着いた雰囲気。この価格とサービスでは次はパタヤのホテルにしようと思った。

I found the Tide Resort to be very clean, friendly staff, easy to find, and nice gardens. The room was very clean, facilities all there. The hotel was quiet at the time, possibly not attracting as many Australian holiday-makers. Beach was close but could not be seen from the room, but pool was for me too public and on view to all rooms, and public areas of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was usual good standard, and service very quick. Reception (check-in & out) was quick although I advise you to let reception know a little before you want to check out to give them time to check the room condition and mini-bar/fridge stock. This saves time at check-out.

A very nice hotel with a lovely pool at its heart. Good food with wide range of choices from the menu. Pleasant atmosphere with polite and attentive staff. Bang Saen as a place is not the nicest beach location I have been to but The Tide represents an oasis in which you can feel pampered. Given that I like to spend time relaxing by the pool my only criticism is that the poolside beds are hard (wooden)and uncomfortable. The resort would do well to invest in cushions/mattresses.

Simple and straightforward. The fact that I would be issued with a voucher was only confirmed after I e-mailed. This should be clear at the booking stage.

Staff did not attempt to allocate a double bed room, despite full pre-payment. During check-in, staff did not attempt to give us a double room and instead gave us a twin bed room. I learned later that night that, due to Bangkok riots, there had been several cancellations and double bed rooms were available. Check-out procedure takes way too long at this hotel. I waited 15 minutes while they confirmed my declared mini-bar use.

Very tedious - it took many e-mails to finally confirm booking and payment. Booking should be real time , with immediate confirmation and payment.
