The Fusion Suite is a boutique lifestyle hotel consisted of 35 rooms at the heart of Bangkok. There are 4 room types: Standard room, Superior room and deluxe room with full furnishings.
The rooms are furnishing with full amenities such as a flat screen television, an IPod docking station and DVD player etc. The Fusion Suites is easily reachable to the Sukhumvit area for shopping and nightlife; and just a short walk to the MRT.

Nicely done rooms but a bit too much bare concrete for my taste. But nothing to complain about. Breakfast so so...

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room and towels provided were clean. The hotel was also thoughtful in providing an umbrella in the room. The hotel also provided an ipod dock but it was not compatible with iphone 4 and the USB port was also not working. We were pretty disappointed with the service of the staff, in particular a staff by the name of Bawl/Ball. As we needed help from him to assist us in making a call to the restaurant/bar for enquiries and reservations, we approached him at the front desk. However, he was unwilling to help and insisted that we make the call in our room instead. As we could not speak Thai, we kindly asked for him to make the call on our behalf. He obliged eventually but was not happy about it and insisted on charging us 10 THB for the call. We are not concerned about the money but were pretty disappointed with his attitude. He was also unwilling to help us write the address of the place in Thai, which would be useful when communicating with the taxi driver. On our last day before making our way to the airport, we approached the front desk to borrow scotch tape for our box which we wanted to check in at the airport. The staff rudely told us to buy our own scotch tape at 7-11 instead. So we had to rush to the store to get the tape even though we were already rushing to make our way to the airport. We believe that we can find another hotel which can provide much better service. The hotel may be good, clean and accessible but the service of the staff made us really disappointed with the stay. We would definitely choose another hotel when we are in Bangkok again.

The booking service is fine. Have no problem booking and staff is friendly enough to change my date of reservation due to the flood. Thanks!

exellent location and very clean hotel. But no window in room.I didn t like the room it is like a prison cell.Hotel has poor breakfast.Staff was very firendly and helpful.I will not stay there again

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel bed is good. The breakfast is also very nice. Is valued for money. Due to my flight arrived at 8.35am. They even allow me to check in at about 9.30am. The only down point is I request for twin bed but was given a K size bed.

a perfect little hotel hidden between skyscrapers. everything was fine, the rooms were clean and beautiful, the staff friendly and very helpful and the breakfast ok. The location is great also, close to the asoke skytrain and metro station. I highly recommend it.
