Ужасная гостиница. Сначала хотели заселить не в делюкс, а в улучшенный номер, да ещё и прокуренный. Про номер: тараканы в ванной, освещение номера очень плохое, перебои с подачей горячей воды, интернет работал через раз(из 5 дней не работал 2 дня), ковролин в комнате грязный с насекомыми

Very well located and friendly staff. The onlyproblem was that they gave us some smoking rooms which was clearly booked as non smoking rooms and two rooms which should have been twin were double. Highly inconvienent when you have people who can not sleep together sharing the same bed. This has been a problem all over Thailand, booking one kind of room and given us another.

Very good location. Nice Staff.Smell in the room. Average breakfast. No bath in the rooms even in deluxe room.The hotel s site told that renovation of swimming pool untill middle july but it doesn t works yet.

The room is too dark even all light are switch on. The house keeping need to change their mai pen rai attitude and brush up their english. I booked 2 rooms, one of the room without bathrobe, i made a request to house keeping but he did not understand what was it and did not even border to get another person to assist me. This is really bad and will ruin the image of the hotel.

Rooms have a depressing colour about them. Rooms were not cleaned to a very high standard. Piss stains up the side of the curtains next to toilet. Bar closed at midnight and there is no bars or eating places open after 23:00 around the hotel. We were told if you go outside the hotel at night don t turn left! It s unsafe! Swimming pool closed for refurb was not told this when booking not that we wanted one. Breakfast very good. Staff not bad but not outstanding. On checkin was told if you bring someone back it will cost you $15. very bluntly! We didn t want to bring anyone back so they must thing all western men are just going there for sex!!!!!!!!!! That is not the case.

We booked this hotel based on two things: Location and a nice poolarea. When we arrived the poolarea was under renovation so we couldn´t use it. Nothing mentioned about this on sawadee. When I complayned to the staff, they were was trying to put the blame on Sawadee.com telling me they had informed sawadee as early as in may. It showed later that that was not the case. They offered me a compensation a 800THB in total, a joke if you ask me. The hotel manager lied me right up in the face and told me that she had spoken to her boss and that the 800THB was their final offer. No, I was very dissapointed about the lack of service and the lack of will to keep me as a client happy. :( The hotel anyway, has a perfect location, 2min walk to the skytrain, 1 minute walk to a 7-eleven, pharmacist and ATM-mashine. The hotel restaurang is expencive but the food was very good actually. The AC in the room made a lot of noice, so we slept with earplugs. So, if the poolarea had been operative I would be more satisfied. But my judgement is based on what we experienced on our two-night-stay.

tres bon hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont tres design et spacieuses, le personnel globalement agréable et serviable. sa situation pret du metro en fait un excellent point de chute que ce soit pour le tourisme ou les affaires. tres bon point, les chambres non fumeurs sont reellement non fumeurs. la piscine et son bar sur le toit trés agréables et la salle de sport posséde un équipement moderne. a recommander sans hesitation.

It was a very pleasent stay in the Heritage Hotel Bangkok. One of the very best things is the pool on the roof top on the 9th floor. But they have to renovate a little bit and take more care of the things. Cleaning and so on. The staff was very nice
