Excellent room, location and service. Only improvement would be hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels. For some reason many hotels seem to overlook this. If the people who designed the rooms slept in them they would notice these things!!

The welcome in Navalai hotel is more and more bad, the staff is not nice, not smiling. Breakfasts are not very copious and the quality in lowered we are customers since some year in Navalai and we are more and more disappointed.....

Navalai has a really good wiew and location by the river. We are over all satisfied with the hotel. Actually they have the BEST thaifood ever in the restaurant. We ate there three nights in a row! The poolarea is nice and clean, nice staff at poolbar. Unfortunately we didnt see the Front desk staff smile even once. That is our only complaint!

Sawadee booked all our Hotels for this vacation and even for our last years vacation i Thailand. We really recommend Sawade for their great service and fast replies!

Exellent hotel! Great rooms, location, stuff, service and breakfast. Only con - a bit pricey, especially since i ve been there at low season.

Near Khao Shan Road, a lot of dining places around. Taxi to most of places in Bangkok within 100 Baht. Restaurant just nearby the river, with great view. But breakfast s not with much choice.

Great Hotel. friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and beautiful restaurant besides the River. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler that wants to be central, close to Khao San Road but wants affordable and luxurious accommodation.

Rooms are nice, but could be a little refreshed again. But nothing to worry about. Nice cosy hotel. Good location in Bangkok.

A really good Thai hotel with friendly service with a smile in a good location for seeing Bangkok by river boat. Spent 10 days relaxing and never got bored. Definitely stay there again
