WOW ! Majestic suites is indeed a real, special FIVE-star place in Bangkok! We spent 3 weeks in this outstanding place. Why Majestic suites is outstanding ? 1. Excellent. very kind staff. 2. Hospitably, well trained reception staff. 3. Attentive waitresses and waiters. 4. Reliable room maids and security men. 5. Quiet clean room, with free WiFi and all you wish in a 5-star place. 6. Very good kitchen and cook. 7. Short way to Bumrungrad Hospital and the Swiss Embassy. We will inform the Swiss Ambassador for the P.D.R. Laos, His Excellency Mr Christoph Burgener 8. Familiar atmosphere ! Thanks again, we will come back! Hanspeter and Kongchai Rohr-Kittanouvong (Vientiane, P.D.R. Laos, and Basel, Switzerland)

I have stayed many times at Majestic Suites and Majestic Grande so I knew what to expect.Always good value for money and location and facilities good for a short stay.I must comment however on my disappointment when ordering breakfast.I orders English B/fast but the waitress said that only American or Continental b?fast was included in the price.I do not recall this before but seeing as there is only a difference of 10 baht between the two b/fasts in the menu I said could I have the English and pay the difference?The answer was no-if I wanted English I would have to pay the full price in the menu.To me this is illogical and not good customer service.It was no big deal so I ordered the American.The service otherwise was great and I will probably stay there again.

My 4 day stay was a totally satisfying experience. The reception staff and bellboy were exceptional and deserve highest praise. Having stayed at many hotels in Bangkok, Majestic Suites will most certainly be my first choice for a future visit.

It s always good to be back at the Majestic Suites, as quality of service and friendlyness are guaranteed. Some more flexibility and maybe even generosity towards customers who return year after year would however be appreciated. I wanted to book a room for day use between flights for later this month; just for a few hours. But they said I would have to pay the full fare. Understandable when the hotel is busy, but not in the current situation. Still, I will be back again soon.

Nice,clean,modern,well equipped rooms, good service and friendly.My room was located at the backside, very quiet, no view at all while there s av wall 50 cm from the window.Convenient location. For the price recommended.
